Rates
The suite rates are from $157-$195 per night depending on the time of year and the length of stay.
Price are based on a double occupancy with one regular Queen Sized bed per night plus tax/fees. Guests who wish to use the Sofa bed there is a extra charge of $ 25,- a person per night.

Minimum stay of 7 nights between December 19th and January 4th.

Service Fee
The service fee is $ 75,- per stay. If stay less than 5 nights you receive a discount.

Security Deposit upon arrival
There is a $ 250,- in cash security deposit upon arrival which will be refunded in cash upon departure if there are no damages.
